📖 A highly recommended book on hope. I have seen this book first in one of my favourite sportsmen ABD's post and also thanks to Shalini's #celebsreadingbook hastag to kbow about this book . It's become one of my best reads of this year. Many readers put this book under children's fiction, but like 'The Little Prince' this book has many more things to offer. There are some books where you can't pour down your thoughts properly. This is one of them alongside my recent reading. The Little boy has been represented here as a broken and lost human being, like everyone of us here at some point in our life. The mole is a portrayal of 'Hope'. The horse and the fox can be considered as our best friends whom you will find on your toughest journey.

🍁 Adding some excerpts -
🔹“What do you think is the biggest waste of time?” “Comparing yourself to others,” said the mole.
🔹“Being kind to yourself is one of the greatest kindnesses,” said the mole.
🔹“We often wait for kindness . . . but being kind to yourself can start now,” said the mole.
🔹“Often the hardest person to forgive is yourself.”
🔹“Tears fall for a reason and they are your strength not weakness.”
🔹“Asking for help isn’t giving up,” said the horse. “It’s refusing to give up.”
🔹“What do we do when our hearts hurt?” asked the boy “We wrap them with friendship, shared tears and time, till they wake hopeful and happy again.”
